Cabot Highlands- Castle Stuart Golf Links

Castle Stuart Golf Links opened in 2009 and was designed by American architect Gil Hanse alongside developer Mark Parsinen. The Canadian golf development company Cabot acquired the property in 2022, rebranding it as Cabot Highlands while preserving the original Castle Stuart Course.

The course uses wide fairways, large undulating greens and natural bunkering to provide golfers with several different options from the tee. Despite the generous landing areas, strong winds and difficult green surrounds can quickly punish inaccurate shots.

Cabot Highlands Castle Stuart Golf Club ranks 19th in the UK and 54th in the world by Top 100 Courses. The course hosted the Scottish Open on four consecutive occasions from 2011 to 2014 before the event returned again in 2016.
