Moray Golf Club (Old)

Moray Golf Club was founded in Lossiemouth in 1889 with the renowned Old Tom Morris designing the layout of the course. It initially opened as a 16 hole course before additional land allowed the layout to become a full eighteen-hole linksland shortly after. much of Morris's original routing remains recognisable today which gives the course a natural feel.

The Old Course is regarded as one of Scotland's finest links courses. This classic design by Old Tom Morris features deep revetted bunkers, undulating gorse-lined fairways, and smooth, fast greens. Measuring at 6671 yards from the whites the old course is a magnificent and challenging golfing experience with seven par fours over 400 yards.

Moray Golf Club has been host for the Scottish Amateur Stroke Play Championship and the Boys Home International. The old course is also currently ranked 34th in Scotland by Top 100 Golf Courses.
