The Berkshire Golf Club- Blue Course

Before both the Red and Blue course was designed in 1928 across the beautiful 372 acres of heatherland, the land was used for hunting grounds by Queen Anne during the 17th and 18th Centry.

The Blue Course may not rank as highly as the Red on top 100 lists However members often claim it is the tougher of the two to score on. Slightly shorter than the Red at 6,366 yards from the tips, the Blue Course presents significant challenges of mounds, natural slopes, and hazards that demand careful navigation

The Blue course regularly features among the best courses in England, with Golf Digest ranking the Red Course 30th. The club has a strong history with amateur golf and has hosted the English Amateur Championship alongside the Berkshire Trophy with Nick Faldo winning the competition in 1975.
