Walton Heath Golf Club- New Course

The New Course is set in the same beautiful heathland as the Old Course but presents a different type of challenge to the Old Course. Originally opening in 1907 as a nine-hole course designed by Herbert Fowler, it expanded to eighteen holes in 1913.

The course measures at 7,015 yards from the back tees and 6,659 yards from the medal tees; it has consistently ranked among the Top 50 courses in the UK  for over a decade. Unlike the Old Course which features a few cross hazards, the New Course presents a unique challenge with at least nine that require careful navigation. This difference reflects Fowler's vision of creating an exceptional golfing experience rather than having two similar courses.

The New course has hosted the US Open European qualifying on numerous occasions and also was the course to hold the Prince Arthur Cup which is the largest one day- two course amature competition in the UK.
